Let’s say life in the past has thrown me some curveballs—like moving to a new country, raising my daughter solo, working in many various facets of the real estate industry, and for a while, being an award-winning food blogger and also a candle maker.

Through it all, I had a secret weapon: energy work.

I was that person who’d see an energy practitioner for just about everything. Then one day, someone flipped the script and said, “You already know how to do this—you should be helping others.”

Challenge accepted.

Fast forward, and here I am: an Energy Codes Coach, B.E.S.T. Certified Practitioner, and Remote Healing graduate from the Morter Institute. My mission? To show people how to mix energy work with real life—whether you’re navigating big life transitions, chasing goals, or just trying to keep it together some days.

Every challenge has a lesson tucked inside (though sometimes it’s like finding the perfectly ripe avocado—it takes patience and a bit of luck). I help my clients tap into their inner power, clear out the subconscious junk holding them back, and create real change in their lives.
